The house is located in a picturesque residential neighborhood of
single-family homes and villas, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest.

The single-story, L-shaped building integrates seamlessly into its
surroundings. Its four-part composition creates a private inner garden that connects most of the building’s functional areas while shielding the residents from the intersection of two neighborhood streets.

Attention to every detail and the careful orchestration of four natural materials - concrete, wood, glass, and metal - have resulted in a coherent and distinctive architectural character.

A continuous search for unconventional ideas and solutions, the investor’s openness, and precision down to the very last millimeter during the design phase made it possible, through an efficient and exact prefabrication process, to complete the building within a remarkably short timeframe.
