The house is situated within the buffer zone of a landscape park, with direct access to the river from the south. The living area opens toward the natural surroundings, while the building’s form itself creates a subtle barrier, ensuring privacy for the residents and, at the same time, allowing the foreground to be surrendered to nature.
The southern part of the plot serves a recreational function, whereas the night zone is located to the east, where the morning light filters through the adjacent pine forest.
The form of the building was inspired by the richness of local fauna and by the character of the landscape park—home to numerous bird species. Ultimately, however, the final shape of the structure is determined primarily by function, light, and the individual needs of the investors.
