How can one create a home that is both a secure fortress and an open, light-filled oasis immersed in nature? Trapezium House is our answer: an architectural concept that protects privacy on the outside, only to reveal an extraordinary, secluded world at its core.
From the street, the house captivates with its minimalist, sculptural form. The dynamic roofline and noble materials- fibre-cement panels and natural wood- compose a refined, discreet façade. This is a deliberately designed envelope that provides residents with a sense of safety and calm, while revealing nothing of what lies beyond the threshold.
The true magic of the house unfolds only upon entering. Here, the entire living space is organized around an internal green patio- the vibrant, verdant heart of the home. It orchestrates daylight and guarantees complete privacy, while thoughtfully structuring the functional layout. The entrance corridor separates everyday functions: on one side, a walk-in wardrobe and a home office; on the other, the technical facilities and garage. Acting as a subtle buffer, it leads to the living room, kitchen, and dining area, which together form a single, interconnected ecosystem drawing energy both from the patio and from the expansive terrace. This arrangement ensures a clear separation from the private wing, which accommodates a comfortable bedroom zone. A unique complement to the program is the underground recreation area; thanks to the lowered terrain, it too enjoys views of greenery, underscoring the uncompromising connection between the house and nature at every level.
Trapezium House is a home of dual nature. It is a carefully composed statement that proves true luxury does not need to be displayed outwardly. Sometimes, it is enough to conceal it at the very heart of the house, creating a private world inaccessible to others.
